Peak Dental Arts is a general dental practice on Cleveland Avenue in Uniontown, caring for families across Stark and Summit counties. Led by Dr. Amar Vagadia, our team provides the full range of dental care, from routine exams and cleanings to crowns, fillings, and cosmetic treatment.
We are accepting new patients of all ages. If it has been a while since your last checkup, you are in good company, and it is not something we will lecture you about.
New patient exams are the best place to start if you are looking for a new dental home.
Your first visit takes about 60 to 90 minutes and includes:
Afterward, we sit down and talk through what we found. You will get a clear picture of what is healthy, what needs attention now, what can reasonably wait, and what it costs. Nothing gets scheduled that you have not agreed to.
What to bring: your insurance card, a list of any medications you take, and records or recent X-rays from a previous dentist if you can get them.
Most of what your family needs happens in this building. You are not sent across town for a crown, to a second office for a cleaning, and somewhere else again for whitening. One practice handles it, which means one team that knows your history and your X-rays.
Two things we refer out on purpose. Dental implant placement goes to trusted oral surgeons who perform that surgery daily, while Dr. Vagadia handles your planning, your final restoration, and follow-up care here. Complex orthodontic cases go to an orthodontist rather than being forced into clear aligners that will not deliver the result. We would rather send you to the right person than stretch past what a general practice does well.
Most patients come twice a year for preventative services. Regular cleanings and exams catch decay while it is still a small filling, and they let us track changes in your gums before those changes become permanent.
When a tooth is damaged, decayed, or missing, restorative dentistry rebuilds it. The right approach depends on how much healthy tooth structure remains and how the tooth works in your bite. We will walk you through the options, including cost and expected lifespan, before anything is decided.
Cosmetic treatment is about how your smile looks rather than how it functions, though the two often overlap. A chipped front tooth, staining that whitening toothpaste never touched, or crowding you have been self-conscious about for years are all fixable. At your consultation, we will show you what is realistic for your teeth, not a stock photo of someone else’s.
We accept most major dental insurance plans and verify your benefits before treatment, so you know your portion in advance.
Without insurance, our Dental Savings Plan is a straightforward annual membership covering your preventive visits and discounting other treatment. We also offer financing through Cherry and CareCredit, which enables making payments over time.
