Overseeing the administrative functions of the office, I have been a part of Peak Dental Arts team since 1992! My daily role includes facilitating insurance claims to making sure that the computers are updated and running efficiently. And, occasionally, I make it back to the front office area to see the patients I have known for years.
A 1981 graduate of University of Akron, I started my career at Akron City Hospital in public relations and development. I then relocated to Dallas, Texas, in the early 1980s and started a career in the banking industry. Upon returning to Ohio, I worked at Akron City Health Systems before joining Peak Dental Arts to automate the office for a programming course and be closer to home. Over the years, my position has evolved from working at the front desk to practice manager to handling the overall organization of Peak Dental Arts.
Fun Facts:
- In my spare time, I’m working on visiting as many of the National Parks as possible to get the “stamps” for my Parks Passport Book. (It’s all about the “stamp”).
- I enjoy doing paper crafting (cards) and quilting, and I love Italian food.
- I’m kind of partial to the 1970s music (Eagles, Journey, REO Speedwagon), and I like most anything country from my Texas days!
